WHY DJC EXISTS

Prevention is full of extraordinary people doing essential work inside systems that make it harder than it needs to be: short grant cycles, constant turnover, and efforts that never quite connect. DJC exists to change that. We build the training, structure, and community that let prevention teams do their best work, and keep doing it after we leave.
DJC was founded by Dave Closson, a combat veteran who has spent his career in prevention, including founding the Mid-America Prevention Technology Transfer Center.
